Seven steps. Three of them should never be automatic.

Quote to cash is seven separate moments of somebody remembering. An agent can carry the chain. The part that matters is where it stops and asks you, and why it chose to.

What this demo is, honestly

This is a scripted walkthrough of a pattern, not live software running against a real business. The sequence, the decision points and the reasoning are real design work. The data is invented.

In a deployment the chain runs against your systems, and the thresholds are set by you. Where this one stops at a discount over ten percent, yours might stop at every quote, or only above a number you choose. The interesting conversation in a build like this is never what to automate. It is what to refuse to.

Which seven steps does your business repeat every week?

Every operation has a chain like this. Usually nobody has written it down, which is exactly why things fall through the gaps between the steps.
