Worked example · Lead response

The inquiry arrived. Nobody got to it until Tuesday.

Most owners believe they respond to new inquiries within the hour. Very few do. Below: what the delay is costing, and what the first sixty seconds could look like instead.

Part two · What the fix looks like

Five real-shaped inquiries, triaged.

These are the messy kind that actually arrive. Half a postcode, no budget, a voicemail that trails off. Pick one.

What this demo is, honestly

The five examples above are worked in advance rather than generated live, because a static web page cannot run a model. We would rather say that than dress up a canned response as artificial intelligence.

In a deployment the same step runs on inference we host, reading your real inbox, your real phone transcripts and your real web forms, and writing into whatever system you already use. The routing rules are yours, not ours. Nothing here is a product you would license. It is a demonstration of a pattern we would build around your operation.

Want to know your actual response time?

Not your estimate, the real number. It usually takes an afternoon to find out from data you already have, and it is the most useful thing most owners learn all quarter.
